during roll call....
sis suddenly scolded me due to last month i'm having a coroner's case ( police case)
cos of 1 of my dearest pt pass away...
not becos of he did anything wrong..
just becos of he suddenly colap....
so v need to put as coroner's case...
tat time is my 1st time settle all de things...
my very 1st time in nite tat happen this....
than i gong gong...
so as my 5th nurse also

let me explain wat is 5th nurse...
during de nite...
v go 5 staff
3 staff nurse
2 assis nurse
1 sn will take over 18 pt in 1 roll of a side
so as a an together
so de 5th 1 v cal 5th nurse tat help up everything
exp. gv iv med...new admission...etc...
so de most senior nurse will b de 1...
during tat nite J is de 5th nurse...
as coroner's case v need to photocopy all de note tat pt hving..
so she is de 1 who doing...
as in she's de 1 most senior in tat nite...
so i settle other things...
tat she is only doing de case notes
n she not even notice tat inside de note dont hv d/c summary!!!
she dont kno how would i kno?!
until de morning staff notice about it
by de time v notice it's too late
pt body need to hold for 1 day only can send to sgh...
cos v only hv 1 trip a day to send to sgh
fine...

sis need to find out wats going on during de nite...
n J blame me said im de in-charge of de pt..
