Great Experience with M hotel.

price reasonable and the ballroom is big with no pillar!!

We signed our package in end of 2014 for our AD in nov 2015
so all our package pricing still in 2014 which is cheaper and we did get discount on top of it from SGD 1288++ to SGD1118++ other than that,
- they did give us complimentary car park from 20% to 25% .
- 1 complimentary table
- free flow beer and wine
n others complimentary things which almost the same as other hotel will provide.
Due to my parents and relative is staying in Malaysia, so we decided to rent few of the rooms for them and our Chinese traditional tea ceremony would be in the hotel instead of my own house.
the beginning our coordination is Evangeline - shes very experience and nice to us but sooner after few month she resign n work in sentosa.
our 2nd coordinator is Ivy, she did called us as explain everything to us again about the wedding details. which i need to explain again our wedding plan again.
Sooner after few month i received another email change of coordinator to Fiona ( which is my current coordinator no changes anymore until our AD).
Soooo as usual....repeated own wedding plans again.... and good thing about Fiona is she will stand on our shoe n help us plan more. exp: our wedding deco we really got no clue about it. so she did recommend and show us the pic from her phone, and her phone is 24/7 open!!.
During Our AD, think shes too bz, so she ask her assistance Surech to assist us, which it seems like he not good on handling sudden situation, instead of helping my hubby to hold the situation he go n pestering my hubby (like wth).
Our ROM is on de same day in our AD in de hotel
ROM at 6pm Dinner at 7pm.
so mostly our guest did came n attend our ROM, and can u imagine 6pm ROM 6.15pm all 180++ guests stuck in de reception area including kids n preg lady. in that situation i was stuck in my room (cos once im out to reception area everybody gonna crowd over there which makes de situation more worst).
In that super crowded situation my parents actually did approach Surech (event coordinator) to open the door earlier. n he keep claiming that wait for another 5 mins then will open the door which i understand their usual plan is open at 7.30pm. but due to de over crowded i think management should know how to handle some different occasion which really need to troubleshot the usual plan.
6.45pm, all my guests crowd until the lift area and even my bridal changing room is full of my guests!! Bridesmaid decided to come all over my room just to inform me de whole situation about de reception ballroom area. So i did get a call to Fiona to ask her open up de ballroom n let my guests in, within 5 mins my reception area was empty and we proceed our wedding earlier than we expecting.
the dinner was great and the food was great too! which i really need to give full star for them.
due to some family issue we did decided to change few of our dishes after our food testing which we were totally didnt kno how the dishes will turn up to and how izit looks like!! i was super worry about it!!! but in the end it turn up great and all my guests was super satisfied until they cant even finish it. ( thats the main thing for dinner rite? all ur guest is full and satisfied with the food and enjoy it)
the great thing about the hotel is they did provide food for us after the whole event, which hubby and i was super enjoying the suit with our food then champagne during the nite.
we didnt manage to visit around the hotel cos of the tight schedule.

we wanted a Audi white car for our wedding car text them on sept did not reply us. So i thot of they seldom respone in fb or they dont even using fb chat at all!
until oct we were desperately need a wedding car (due to high peck season mostly car all rent out) so we did text them again n get a reply!!
but bad thing is no more Audi white for us only BMW available.And they did give us a promotion price SGD 450 for us then provide chauffeur for us (good deal!!)
highly recommend also.
Make up Artist
My MakeUp Artist is from Cangai Christine.
she's my photoshot makeup artist so as my AD
experience 7 years as a bridal makeup artist.
so i did actually hire her to stay for my 2nd match in by changing my hair style and my gown during my AD. which need extra charge another SGD 200 which i think still consider acceptable for me.
during my AD she did use real flower as my hair accessory which im kind of super 'traditional pantang' person that believe in no fake flower allow cos fake flower will invite those fake people ( jia qing jia yi) people.
And she also did help my mother and mother in law make up and hair styling as while. (sgd100/pax)
Sometimes really need to give in some money on certain things like makeup artist cannot b too stingy or bargaining about the price, cos in de end of the they u still need them to make u be perfect. by bargaining sometimes will makes a person mood low then this will effect on u also. so i didnt bargain much actually, cos i'm super satisfied about her makeup and she'll use the heart to make her own bride be pretty. Being a makeup artist (like me also) we expect our customer to be pretty after our hand but if ur own customer bite ur nerve on then that's different story.Another point of view - u seriously wanna get bite during ur special day?

but not very good on entertaining.

He's good on those traditional things like tea ceremony must start from who 1st, then which situation throw the fan and when to open the umbrella that kind of stuff.
but kind of Ci Ko Pek u get it wat i mean?
my boobs is kind of firm, he's been staring n staring the entire of the day (like WTH i hire u to help me up wei!!)

All of the above is our bother-line but still acceptable.
BUT
the MOST important thing is my wedding highlight!! it DID NOT INCLUDE the gate crash process!! in the video that he given to us is totally whole gate crash process was cut off! seriously i dont kno wat's going on with him, that actually is de most important part in AD!! (or else y i still need to hire him if didnt include the gate crash?! correct?!) im so irritated with it seriously!!!
My hubby vow for me is GONE!!

i did actually email Mia (Cangai) about the feedback of videographer but seems like no reply at all. So i think cos the event is finish and they get the full payment so non of their concern anymore?
overall my wedding was very successful really appreciated whoever helped us specially to the budget bride fb group, collected alot of information from them actually. Thanks to my Emcee Fionne and Stephen that help us organize the whole dinner event, a very thanks to my xiong di and jie mei they did so much for us until we cant even repay them at all. Lastly thanks to my hubby, without him i cant even get married :)
PS : Super disappointed to de VG about my gate crash actually and thats de only thing we regrade about it.
